20 3. Application The code of conduct shall apply to the entire Ehrmann Group (including all affiliated companies) and compli- ance is mandatory for all employees, regardless of the contractual basis of employment. Ehrmann expects that all suppliers and contractors will also apply and respect this code of conduct.
